• Use TRAC to stalk, harass, or track individuals without their consent.
• Install the software on devices you do not own or have explicit permission to manage.
• Tamper with the "Law Enforcement Evidence" generation features.

3. Liability Disclaimer

While TRAC significantly increases the chances of device recovery, we cannot guarantee 100% success. Recovery depends on various factors including network availability, battery life, and physical damage. TRAC is not liable for the loss of the device itself or any data stored upon it.

4. Subscription & Billing

Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed according to the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
