At TRAC, we believe your location data is your property. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Our sole purpose is to assist in the recovery of your assets. When you use TRAC, you are trusting us with your most sensitive data, and we value that trust above all else.

2. Data We Collect

• Location Data: Real-time coordinates to facilitate device recovery.
• Device Telemetry: Battery status, signal strength, and movement patterns.
• Identity Verification: Biometrics or PINs used to access the secure vault.
• Evidence Captures: Photos and audio recorded during a "Theft Mode" event.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed locally on your device whenever possible. Cloud processing is only used for:

• Syncing location history to your encrypted web dashboard.
• Generating Law Enforcement Reports (only upon your explicit request).
• Sending emergency SMS alerts to your trusted contacts.

4. Data Retention

We retain location history for 30 days by default. After this period, data is automatically permanently deleted from our servers. You can request immediate deletion of all data at any time through the app settings.
